Hi, I’m Candice Price.
Your Holistic Pelvic Health Coach.
My mission is to empower women with knowledge about their pelvic and menstrual health, a passion born from my own journey of overcoming pelvic floor issues and hormonal challenges. In my early 20s, while working as a rehab aide, I was shocked to learn that many of the struggles I faced—like pain during sex, straining to have a bowel movement, and painful periods—weren’t normal. This revelation set me on a path to healing and inspired me to become an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy.
I believe every woman deserves the opportunity to live in harmony with her body, free from dysfunction, and embracing her natural strength and vitality. As I worked with clients, I noticed a gap in understanding the menstrual cycle and its connection to pelvic health. Many women were looking for holistic alternatives to hormonal birth control, and through my own experience with cycle syncing, I found powerful ways to help them achieve better health and well-being.
To make this knowledge accessible, I offer virtual pelvic health coaching, allowing women to get the support they need from the comfort of their homes. I’ve also created products designed to help women connect with their bodies, particularly their menstrual cycles, in practical ways that support everyday wellness. My goal is to see holistic pelvic care become a part of every woman’s routine, so she can fully appreciate the power and gifts her body offers.
I’m deeply passionate about this work because I believe that understanding our bodies is key to better health and wellness. The more we know, the better we can advocate for ourselves and improve women’s health as a whole.
Education & Training:
I am a California native with a strong academic foundation in Kinesiology, having earned my undergraduate degree with a focus on neuromuscular science from San Francisco State University. I then relocated to San Diego to complete my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine. Following graduation, I pursued my passion for pelvic health by obtaining specialized training in pelvic floor therapy. I gained valuable experience working in outpatient pelvic floor therapy clinics before establishing my own private practice.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, creating art, cooking, and spending quality time with my wonderful husband, family, and friends.
