OTR/L, TIPHP, PCES | Holistic Pelvic Care™ Practitioner

My Story

In my early 20s, I realized the painful symptoms I was experiencing — painful sex, constipation, and debilitating periods — were common but not normal. That sparked my own healing journey and led me to become an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy and holistic women’s health.

Working with women showed me something powerful: pelvic health can’t be fully addressed without also considering hormones, the menstrual cycle, and how we connect to our bodies. There was a clear need for more supportive, integrative, feminine-centered care.

That’s why I’ve woven in training in hormone health, fertility support, nervous system regulation, and cyclical living. Through tools like cycle syncing, whole food nutrition, and holistic pelvic care, I help women tune back into their body’s rhythms so they can feel balanced, grounded, and vibrant.

Whether you’re navigating pelvic pain, period struggles, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, I’m here to guide you with both clinical expertise and trauma-informed care. Because when a woman understands her body, she becomes empowered.

The heart Behind My Coaching Method

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body and overwhelmed by hormonal imbalances. That’s why I created this coaching program—to help you find the balance and healing I once sought. With my background as an occupational therapist and my own journey through hormone healing, I understand the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of women’s health.

Through personalized coaching, we’ll uncover the root causes of your challenges and create a sustainable plan tailored to you. The goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s to help you feel confident, grounded, and aligned with your feminine energy. Whether you’re coming off birth control, struggling with hormone imbalances, or simply seeking to reconnect with your body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I get way too excited about...
Anything related to pee, poop, and sex (I’m a pelvic floor OT, okay?).

If I could live anywhere, it’d be...
In the woods. Hugging trees and frolicking with the creatures.

My favorite way to move my body is...
Dance! I just feel the music in my body, can’t stop, won’t stop.

A weirdly specific thing I love is...
Potatoes. In any form. Seriously, they’re just the best.
