Hi, I’m Candice Esfahani.
Your Women’s Health OT & Coach
My mission is to guide women in understanding and healing their bodies—especially their pelvic, hormonal, and menstrual health—through a blend of science, somatics, and feminine wisdom. This calling was born from my own healing journey.
In my early 20s, while working as a rehab aide, I discovered that so many of the painful symptoms I was experiencing—like pain during sex, constipation, and debilitating periods—were common, but not normal. That realization sent me down a path of deep personal healing, and eventually led me to become an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy and holistic women's health.
As I worked with women in both clinical and coaching spaces, I noticed something powerful: pelvic health couldn’t be fully addressed without also talking about the menstrual cycle, hormones, and how women relate to their bodies. There was a disconnect—and a deep need—for more supportive, integrative, and feminine-centered care.
That's when I began weaving in hormonal education, nervous system support, and cyclical living into my practice. Through tools like cycle syncing, womb connection, and Holistic Pelvic Care, I support women in tuning back into their body’s natural rhythm so they can feel more balanced, grounded, and vibrant.
Today, I offer virtual 1:1 pelvic health and hormone coaching, as well as self-paced resources for women who want to feel empowered in their health from the inside out—no matter what season of life they’re in.
Whether you’re struggling with pelvic symptoms, navigating period pain or hormonal imbalances, or just feeling disconnected from your body—I’m here to walk beside you, helping you listen deeply to your body and live in alignment with your feminine design.
Because when a woman understands her body, she becomes empowered.
Education & Training:
I am a California native with a strong academic foundation in Kinesiology, having earned my undergraduate degree with a focus on neuromuscular science from San Francisco State University. I then relocated to San Diego to complete my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine. Following graduation, I pursued my passion for pelvic health by obtaining specialized training in pelvic floor therapy. I gained valuable experience working in outpatient pelvic floor therapy clinics before establishing my own private practice.
Although my physical practice doors are currently closed, I continue to support women through virtual pelvic health and hormone coaching—offering accessible, trauma-informed care no matter where you are. My husband and I are in a transitional season, and I look forward to putting roots down and reopening in-person care when the time is right.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, creating art, cooking, and spending quality time with my wonderful husband, family, and friends.
